Start Strong Sites Team Up for Virtual Conference: Empowering UPSTANDERS Nationwide
Summer is just around the corner and Start Strong teens are planning to use this time to organize lots of fun and educational activities in their communities. One of the events is a national virtual teen conference on the importance of being an UPSTANDER. An UPSTANDER is someone who stands up to violence, intervening when they see potentially unsafe situations, talking to their peers about healthy relationships and taking proactive steps to break the cycle of violence.
