Program to build teen relationships launches today

A four-year project to help youths develop healthy relationships kicks off today at the Murdock Theatre.The Start Strong Wichita event starts at 3:30 p.m. and includes live music from the band Feels Good. According to a 2006 National survey 1 in 3 teenagers say they know a friend who has been physically hurt by their dating partner. It's a shocking number that Barbara Ball says needs to be addressed.
